The World

The World card is also sometimes called The Universe. I personally like the concept of “Universe” more, but in 2020 I think we should place the focus on our planet. The world.

I wanted to depict doves of peace over the world, because I believe we are moving in this direction. In a year that has felt truly and utterly chaotic, peace is a form of resistance. Striving for peace in our communities, our homes, or even our own minds, is empowering, inspiring and revolutionary.

So this piece, the final one in the series, the conclusion, is about finding inner peace. 2020 will be a year we will likely never forget. And through all the pain, so much healing took place. So much truth came to light. And we are forever changed.
