The mantra, "I surrender," is one of my favorites.  There are so many things we experience that are out of our control.  Surrendering to them, letting go of the things we cannot change, is a huge part of learning and growing up.  Yoga helps us do that.  This piece is a reminder that sometimes the only thing to do, is surrender.
